The Labour Department (LD) is highly concerned about a fatal work accident that happened in a building in Sha Tin this morning (September 10), in which a male worker, while carrying out electrical work in relation to solar panel installation on the roof floor of the building, was suspected to have received an electric shock. He was certified dead later in the hospital. The LD is saddened by the death of the worker and expresses its deepest sympathy to his family.
